It used to be…
that the Emperor couldn’t open a tube of mascara.
It was perfectly fine for him to hold one and drum on things while I blew dry my hair.

Oh, my gosh!! I laughed so hard I almost wet myself!!! I have a brother that is 12 years younger than me. I was his surrogate mother while ours worked. I remember stuff like this! He was a terror (still is, if you ask me)!
