Like many of you, I’ve been a writer since the day I was born…or at least from the day I could grip a Bic pen. But it took me years beyond that to become an author.
Some would say the thing that made me an “author” is publication. But I’ve come to believe **the most important** difference between being a writer and being an author is learning to take your craft seriously.
This is why, a little while back, I started sharing some of what I’ve learned about the publishing process on my website. The number of emails I received in response reminded me how many people want to get serious about writing, but just don’t know how to start.
That’s why I’m putting together some free resources on How To Start A Book. These will be free. I only ask that if you take advantage of them, you will use them to write something important…and that you will share your journey with me.
